The youth village is in a location that the adventure is between the hills and valleys, as an educational, environmental, sport, and entertainment village. The youth village, a creative creation by the Palestinian Youth, a place that is working on establishing facilities that makes space for existing in a green natural space, the concept of building some of the facilities there is based on an optimal investment that copes with nature, where the stones, mud, hay, and wood, or reusing some remnants such as tires in an eco-friendly way. The idea of establishing the Youth Village came from several motives, Palestine’s significant geography and weather; and the variety of environmental forms that are provided, didn’t get enough attention that preserves this variety in order to create a place for the people to interact with their environment, instead many stereotypes of pollution and misusing of natural and agricultural resources. On the other hand, the occupational policies, especially the settling and confiscating of the land worked hard to distort the environment, and to put constraints on people’s lives. So, we are left with the need to protect the land, preserve the environment, and to have an initiative to reclaim and planting and configuring green spaces to be a green investment model in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. This trend is enforced by connecting the youth with their society and implementing the responsibility of preserving the environment and providing safe natural and entertainment place for the youth and the Palestinian families to offer an opportunity for recreation and connecting with their surroundings and the nature. The concept of the Village is based on providing integrated facilities for education and developing the skills and abilities of the youth, and reinforcing the social and environmental concepts, principles, and behaviors, in addition of the sports interest of the youth through providing an integrated sports environment that allows the development of hobbies and enjoying a healthy atmosphere.
